For account access, project records, document scans, or the QuickBooks connection, contact Ryan Moore at ryan@norsewoodhomes.com.

Include enough detail to find the issue

• The project name and affected cost code or document reference.
• What you were doing, what happened, and approximately when.
• Any error reference shown in Build-Ops.

Do not send passwords, authorization codes, or API keys. Keep sensitive invoice and financial documents in the workspace unless a secure way to share them has been arranged.

QuickBooks connection

Authorized administrators can check connection status, reconnect, or disconnect from Settings → Integrations. A connection in review mode verifies access while accounting imports and changes remain paused.

Disconnecting does not delete existing records or backups. Restoring Build-Ops cannot reverse transactions already written to QuickBooks.

Use the contact above for corrections, access removal, exports, or deletion requests. Identity and authority may need verification before a request can be handled. Read the privacy policy for details about retained project records and recovery copies.
